寿司 / Sushi

Sushi is vinegared rice topped or mixed with various fresh ingredients, usually fish or seafood. Nigirisushi
is made with the ingredients on top of a block of rice. Inari-sushi is a simple and inexpensive type of
sushi, in which sushi rice is filled into deep fried tofu bags. Maki-zushi, is a sushi roll where rice and
seafood or other ingredients are rolled into a cylindrical shape with seaweed (nori) and then sliced.
